The school was where Jim, Al, and Will Tracy started classes. They then transferred the administration to them. They continued to operate until when they opened their school. This was the first step in establishing martial arts as a business that could be sold in America. Although Grandmaster Parker was not an expert in martial arts, he still learned how to run the business.
